Overview

This website, thecuriouscorvids.com (the "Site"), is operated by The Curious Corvids, LLC ("The Curious Corvids," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the Site or purchases from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Our products

Our shirts are printed to order after you place your order. We work hard to show our designs and colors accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen, and minor variations in print placement and color are a normal part of the printing process. Product details, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or listing errors, or ship to locations we don't serve. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. Because orders enter production quickly, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to change or cancel an order once it's placed.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless your currency is shown otherwise at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping, refunds, and replacements

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered as described in our Refund Policy. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, photos, and other content on the Site, including the Curious Corvids name and raven logo, are owned by or licensed to The Curious Corvids, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear it. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from our designs. You may not use our content or branding without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share them in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is accurate, and doesn't violate anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Site's security or operation, upload malicious code, or scrape or collect data from the Site without our permission. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

Third-party services

The Site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, fulfillment, and shipping. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Curious Corvids, LLC and its owners, employees, and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Curious Corvids, LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will show when they were last revised. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
